The NIV Bible is readable for a teen girl, which, to me, is very important. Along with that the book is pleasing to the eye with its teal and pink color scheme. Inside there are pink highlighted promises of God throughout the Bible along with devotional readings by popular Christian authors including Bethany Hamilton and Christine Caine.

I became acquainted with the I am Second movement last fall when I was facilitating a video driven Bible study by Pete Briscoe. Each week’s study would begin with an I am Second video that illustrated the topic of that day’s study.
