										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The first time I tried Mongolian Beef was at the 2012 Disney Social Media Moms Party that was held at the <a href="http://themommaven.com/2012/06/disney-social-media-moms-day-3/" target="_blank"><strong>Art of Animation Resort</strong></a> before the resort opened to the public. I was quickly addicted. I can&#8217;t remember how many times I got into the buffet line to get more beef but I&#8217;m thinking it was 5 or 6! I was hooked. Since that time I have eaten Mongolian Beef at a few other places but none of them compare to the deliciousness of the Mongolian Beef at that party! While searching Pinterest for easy recipes I found this pin for <a href="http://www.pinterest.com/pin/94575660899131120/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><strong>Easy Crockpot Mongolian Beef</strong></a> and it instantly was re-pinned to my &#8220;<strong><a href="http://www.pinterest.com/mommaven/recipes-i-want-to-try/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Recipes I want to Try</a>&#8220;</strong> board.</p>
