It is already the middle of January, how are you doing on those New Year’s fitness goals? I’m doing pretty well with mine. My goal for January was just to increase how much I have been walking. I’ve been fighting bronchitis since the end of November and with one round of antibiotics and 2 rounds of steroids I am finally coming out on top…I hope!

I coughed a lot the entire month of December and when you are 50+ years old and have delivered 3 babies coughing leads to…peeing. It is just a part of life that we women need to deal with.
