<div class="wprm-recipe-summary wprm-block-text-normal">The recipe from eMeals said to cook 5 minutes per side but that was no where near cooked enough. It actually took us about 15 minutes per side to reach an internal temperature of 160°.</div>

<p>We all enjoyed this recipe and Aaron did a great job grilling. I can&#8217;t say it enough though, use your meat thermometer! Use the time given in the recipe as a guideline but grills vary widely and you don&#8217;t want to eat under cooked pork.<br />
