When I was asked to review the <em>Secrets of Skinny Cooking</em> <a href="http://amzn.to/2rJ6WVX" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>cookbook by Victoria Dwek and Shani Taub C.D.C.</strong></a> I jumped at it. I am always looking for delicious, healthy recipes. <h2>Mom Maven&#8217;s Thoughts</h2>
<p>I actually liked these skinny apple pie crepes. I am not a yogurt fan so I was skeptical but I liked them! <em>Secrets of Skinny Cooking</em> is a well-written, easy-to-follow cookbook. For me, there isn&#8217;t much I am going to eat out of this cookbook because of the plethora of vegetables and lack of beef and pork.
