Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:
1 pkg French’s Crunch Time Entrees Sweet and Sour
2 TBS flour
1.5 lbs boneless pork chops
1 egg lightly beaten
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Lightly grease a baking sheet
- Cut pork into 1-1.5″ cubes
- In a small bowl, mix flour with crunchy coating
- Dip each pork cube in egg, then dredge in coating mixture, place on baking sheet
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until cooked through
- Drizzle the included sweet and sour sauce over chicken and serve
- 1 pkg French's Crunch Time Entrees Sweet and Sour
