Sponsored by Tomoson.comFor years my hand has cramped up when I write a lot. When I worked in the medical profession I used to buy fat barreled pens because my hand wouldn’t cramp so bad using them. Now I do almost everything on computer so cramping isn’t much of a problem anymore. I was intrigued when @UgleePen followed me on Twitter. You see I actually vet everyone who follows me on Twitter before I decided if I will follow them back…but that is another post altogether. Shortly after learning about the Uglee Pen I had the opportunity to try them for myself.
Eight years in the making this revolutionary pen has been designed to provide comfort and eliminate pain while writing. Many people have to grip the writing utensil too hard in order to be able to write, causing pain, discomfort, and even injury. This pen grips You – allowing for a completely relaxed writing experience – a true ergonomic pen. The Uglee Pen is truly a comfort pen. I have been using my Uglee Pen at my office job for the past 2 weeks and it is very comfortable to hold and write with. My son, who is very tactile sensitive cannot stand to hold the pen or even hand it to me because of the semi-squishy nature of the pen. They do advertise that “The Uglee Pen is mated with the smoothest ink system known, smoother than any roller ball, gel ink or fountain ink pen.” and I disagree with this statement. The ink in this pen occasionally stops and starts, just like most pens I use in the office. It isn’t bad…it just isn’t better.

Wow that name does fit that pen well. LOL. I learned that anyone can use this pen and it weighs less than 11 grams so you get more inertia.

I learned that it’s made of bolistics-grade nylon and it’s refillable. Dr. Lee actually designed the pen to be a better fit by x-raying and studying the bones in his own hand.

I learned that
The UGLee Pen only weights 11 grams. That is less than 1/2 ounce! Less mass, means less inertia, more comfort

I learned that we need to change the position of our “grip” to allow blood flow to continue in our hand, and this pen allows that.
