It is no secret that I suffer from chronic back pain. One thing that exacerbates my pain is sitting in an uncomfortable chair. The most uncomfortable chair I sit in regularly is the chair in the main office at work. The chair is too deep and it doesn’t support my back so I fatigue quickly when I use that chair. I have tried grabbing a pillow off the couch to support my back but it is too big and bulky. Now that I have a Qi Orthopedic Pillow my back is much happier at work.

The Qi Orthopedic Pillow provides scientifically tested orthopedic back support for people of all shapes and sizes and it does not collapse under body weight and will help you to maintain the correct posture. It uses an air controlled orthopedic core to provide the much needed dynamic and individualized support to your back. With qipillow, your back support will always adjust to your body, seat and comfort, instead of the other way round.  There is nothing quite like it in the world.

Qi Orthopedic Pillow

I have been using my pillow at work for about 3 weeks and I am much more comfortable and in less pain than usual. According to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, 30% of American adults are afflicted by low back pain. Americans spend $200 billion a year treating back pain. According to the Workers Safety and Insurance Board, simply sitting, without proper support is the leading cause for back pain, second only to heavy weight lifting. Unsupported sitting is damaging your back each time you sit, at work, at home, in cars. QiPillow corrects that by providing dynamic support to your back. Dynamic support responds to what our body does naturally. As soon as we sit still for twenty minutes, the deep stabilizing muscles in our back will begin to tense up, which can often lead to stiffness, pain and fatigue in the back. To prevent these issues, you must keep you back in motion even though you are sitting. Since the Qi Orthopedic Pillow is air filled it shifts and moves with you as you move and reach throughout your day.

Do you suffer from lower back pain? Does a loved one? Add the qipillow to your Christmas list and start the new year with less back pain!

Disclosure: I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

The Qi Orthopedic Pillow sounds like the answer to back pain while driving a long distance. Happy to hear there is something so helpful.

Interesting. I’d never heard of this type of pillow before. I have found that if I sit at the computer for too many hours, then my back does have some problems. I’ll have to check this one out.

This orthopedic pillow would be a great gift for my mom. She has battled back pain for quite a few years now. I bet this would alleviate much of her pain. Thanks for sharing,
