I received one or more of the products or services mentioned for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I am a hot chocolate snob. Hot chocolate is my hot beverage of choice and I drink it almost every day. I enjoy basic hot chocolate, French Vanilla Hot Chocolate, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate and Peppermint Hot Chocolate. I like to mix up my hot chocolate flavors depending on my mood. Now that the holidays are upon us, I am all about Peppermint Hot Chocolate. I have learned that not all Peppermint Hot Chocolate is created equal, Two years ago I got one from a fast food establishment and the peppermint syrup they used made my lips numb for several hours! It was scary.

This week I made Peppermint Hot Chocolate at home using Neilsen-Massey Pure Chocolate Extract. The cocoa was delicious and if Jordan and I didn’t show some restraint we could have drunk the entire batch, it was so good. The peppermint was just right, not too overpowering.
