I’m back with another game review! This time, the game is Panda Pandamonium, a FREE Mahjong-inspired game just like nha cai w88, which launched last week for iOS devices. I have been playing this game for a few days now and I am addicted!

About Panda Pandamonium

Developed by the team who brought players the critically acclaimed games Fetch, Drawn: The Painted Tower and Drawn: Trail of Shadows, Panda Pandamonium is this team’s first game outside of the adventure genre. A one-of-a kind matching game based loosely on Mahjong, Panda Pandamonium’s game mechanic is unique and requires strategic matching of pairs of tiles in order to crash through obstacles, trigger bonuses, and ultimately save two adorable pandas from hungry dragons and their minions. The game has hundreds of levels, with new levels and challenges being released each month, and the art quality is on par with the previous games created by this team.

This matching game is easy to understand at the basic level. As you continue to reach new levels and new challenges, you learn the strategy as you go. This free game is great for kids and adults to play. I have it on my iPad and I play a few times a day.

Mom Maven’s Thoughts

The game concept is easy to grasp, there isn’t a big learning curve. Every few levels new challenges are added that make the game increasingly more complex. I am a perfectionist and I hate to leave a level until I have earned all 3 stars, but in this game that has been difficult! I enjoy the challenge.

You start the game with 3 lives. Each level costs 1 life to play and depending how many of the three goals you reach, you earn that many lives per level. Except that you can only have a maximum of 3 lives at one time. This drives me crazy. If I earn 3 lives, I want all 3 lives credited to me. I will need them on those levels that take me more than 3 tries to pass. The one goal that must be passed in each level is to save the pandas. The two pandas need to be free on 3 sides to be freed.

Overall I am enjoying this game and I think you will too. Go check it out in the Apple App Store.
