Today’s installment of Mouse House Memories takes us to a village in the south of France, where an action movie is being filmed. We, the audience, get a first hand look at how the exciting chase scenes in our favorite action flicks are expertly choreographed so that they are exciting, yet safe. The 33 minute action packed show includes, car chases, jet skis, motorcycles, explosions, fires and dangerous falls. There is something to excite every family member in this show, though some small children get upset by the loud noises and explosions.

Lights Motor Action Finale
The 5,000 seat stadium at Disney’s Hollywood Studios opened to guests in 2005. This is one stadium where sitting in the front is not your best choice. Higher seats give you easier visibility of the entire “stage”, just make sure your view isn’t obscured by one of the large poles that hold up the roof.  The performance schedule varies greatly by season so check your times guide when you arrive because you don’t want to miss this show! I also recommend planning to see the earliest show of the day because inclement weather will delay or cancel the show and most Florida rainstorms happen in the afternoon. There is so much to see you will notice something new every time you see the show. You might even find a hidden Mickey!

This show is a combination stunt spectacular and behind-the-scenes education about movie making tricks. While watching the show, you will be drown to the red “hero” car but don’t just focus on that, the black chase cars are also doing some amazing stunts throughout the show. It really takes multiple viewings to really appreciate all that happens during the Lights, Motor, Action! Extreme Stunt Spectacular and I highly recommend you add this to your touring plan for Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Have you seen Lights, Motor Action! Extreme Stunt Show? I’d love to know your thoughts.
