It’s Monday again and I have had a good, busy week. My new job is going well-I have found my groove with the work and I am almost used to the schedule too. I’ve done well with my healthy eating and snacking and I’m up to about 128oz of water a day. I even got in 3 days of workouts…thanks in large part to walking over 1500 steps at Disney World, over 10,000 steps at Busch Gardens and the killer workout at Adventure Island.
I am happy to report…I am down 2 pounds this week…for a total of 10 pounds since joining Mamavation! I want to thank all of my Sistas for their love and support on this journey.
This week’s goals are to continue eating well and drinking at least 115oz of water a day. Working out at least 3 days this week is on my schedule too! I was introduced to a new product this week and I can’t wait to try them, they are called Flatout Bread, they look soooo yummy and healthy too!

Great job, all those changes and transitions and still managing to lose weight is awesome. And it is good to start making the habit of finding time to work out now as you start a new job instead of trying to wait until you get into a work routine. It will probably be easier to stick to a exercise routine this way.
