Now that our nest is empty, lunch time is harder than ever. When the boys were home I always stocked up on various lunch time foods for them, and I would eat whatever is here. Now that there are just two of us, and hubby often skips lunch, it has been slim pickings for me. I try to have a few choices on hand each week but for some reason it isn’t working out well. I love good Mac & Cheese but there is no need to make a full batch for just me-there is a good chance I would eat the whole thing, and I don’t need to do that.

It’s like Stouffer’s is watching me in my kitchen! They have single serving Stouffer’s Mac & Cheese! This isn’t any ordinary Mac & Cheese either, they got creative and came up with new variations to kick this classic up a notch including White Cheddar and Garlic Parmesan.

The new Stouffer’s Mac & Cheese varieties are freshly made with quality ingredients like real cheddar or mozzarella cheese and pasta freshly made from two simple ingredients – flour and water, and are simply frozen to be convenient for you.

Stouffers Mac and Cheese is comfort food

Mom Maven’s Thoughts

If you like comfort food for lunch, like I do, then I recommend you try the single serve Stouffer’s Mac & Cheese. In less than 8 minutes you get smooth and creamy Mac & Cheese. It’s a great option to nourish yourself during a “me-time” moment with your favorite comfort food. If you want to keep up to date with Stouffer’s make sure you like them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter, I do!

Mac and Cheese is my go to comfort food and while I often make from scratch, I love the idea of having some on hand that is quick and easy for those bad day emergencies! I’ll be picking some up the next time I’m at the store!

Mmm, mac & cheese is the ultimate comfort food in my book! I’ll admit I’m very picky with frozen meals, but I always have a box of Stouffer’s mac & cheese in the freezer for when the craving hits.

I love that it’s portion controlled and Stouffer’s recipe has been a fave for years. The white cheddar version sounds so good too. I’m craving it now.

I’m home during the day by myself, and it seems silly to go to any great lengths on lunch. This would be a great lunch for me.

If I make mac and cheese, it’s always Stouffer’s. It’s got a great cheesy flavor and texture, not a powdery feel like most boxed stuff.
