Mom Maven’s Thoughts
Since I have never in my life made mashed potatoes from scratch, I made 6 cups of my favorite instant potatoes. With the price of bacon soaring out of my budget, I used a package of real bacon crumbles. Both of these tweaks, made this recipe even easier to make. I served the Loaded Potato Casserole with steak and salad. It was a huge hit for my family and it is a recipe I will be making again and again.
I hope you enjoy this recipe and all of the easy recipes I share here on The Mom Maven. I hope you share them on your social networks. I just ask that you not copy and share the entire recipe with photos. Please use the sharing buttons below and share the link to this post. Thanks!

Ooh, it sounds so good with all that bacon. Now to get you to making potatoes from scratch. Instant potatoes is a time saver, but mashed potatoes are rather easy–you can do it!
