For the past few years we’ve had our eyes on a video doorbell. We haven’t had a working doorbell for years and between almost daily deliveries from UPS and FedEx plus Ron’s customers who sometimes show up unannounced, our door gets knocked on a lot. Add to that the fact that my office is in the back of the house. If I am writing I hate to stop to get up just to find that the delivery guy knocked and then left the package on the stoop anyway. Ron installed the doorbell by following the instructions on the iseeBell app, it took him about 20 minutes to complete the process. We have been using the doorbell for over a week and it is working great. There is a receiver plugged into a socket in the living room that makes the ringtone in the house, there are several sounds to choose from. This receiver is also a very bright nightlight, too bright if you ask us, it drives Ron crazy!
If you want additional security for a fee of $2/month or $20/year you can get cloud storage of your iseeBell videos. This storage holds 7 days at a time. The cloud storage is not necessary.

Looks like a great product! I just wish that the prices weren’t so high, I would love one of these to keep up with some bratty neighbors that ding dong ditch us. 🙁
