In 2014 I finally dove into the Marvel Universe, better late than never, right? I have quickly become a fan of the Avengers franchise with Captain America being my favorite super hero. This week Marvel released Iron Man & Captain America: Heroes United only on Digital HD, On-Demand and Disney Movies Anywhere. I watched the movie on my Disney Movies Anywhere app on my iPad!

About Iron Man and Captain America: Heroes United

In Marvel’s “Iron Man & Captain America: Heroes United,” Iron Man and Captain America battle to keep the Red Skull and his trigger man, Taskmaster, from unleashing an army of Hydra Brutes on the world! With Iron Man’s intellect and Cap’s combat training, the two born leaders must learn to work together and appreciate each other’s skills in order to save the world from the evil throes of Hydra. All the fun of the Iron Man-Hulk dynamic from the first “Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United,” is matched here with the rapport between Captain America and Iron Man. With surprising twists and a surprise appearance by one of your favorite Marvel Super Heroes, this action packed feature highlights two of the mightiest Avengers as they take down the vicious Red Skull and deadly Taskmaster!

Mom Maven’s Thoughts

I enjoyed the movie. It was a nice summer afternoon escape in to the Marvel Universe. I can’t wait for my Marvel obsessed 8yo friend to come over so he can watch the movie too! The trailer piqued my curiosity with the competition between Iron Man and Captain America. While the personal bet continues throughout the story it is secondary to their battle with Red Skull and Taskmaster. Marvel fans will enjoy the animated movie, it is a great addition to any digital movie collection. Download Iron Man & Captain America: Heroes United today!
