With the multitude of electronic gadgets in our house, we are always looking for ways to charge multiple devices without hogging all of the outlets, this is where the IDAPT I4 Universal charger comes in. The IDAPT is a portable, universal charger that allows you to charge up to 4 devices at once. In the picture we have my son’s Samsung Intensity, my HTC Thunderbolt, my son’s iPod and our Vado all charging at once.

After I used the IDAPT for a few days my boys quickly appropriated it for their bedroom-where it now resides. They were always fighting over who could use what outlet to charge their electronic devices and now the fights have stopped! The IDAPT has 3 slots for interchangeable tips. There are 20+ tips available to fit just about any gadget you want to charge.

FEATURES:
ECOLOGICAL – LEDS indicate the charging status of your device. Save energy and switch off IDAPT when not in use
FUTURE PROOF – IDAPT is commited to constantly update the range of adapter tips as new devices are launched.
UNIVERSAL – Charge all your electronic devices with complete compatibility.
SAFE & ERGONOMIC – The articulated tips make IDAPT a sturdy adaptable product for everyday use
EASY AND SIMPLE – Simple connection and disconnection of electronic devices.

It is very easy to change the tips on the IDAPT I4 Universal charger and instead of buying things you don’t need, you can just order the tips you need to power your devices. I have the  iPod/iPhone, Micro USB, Mini USB, Samsung 4, Nokia 2,  and Sony Ericsson 2 and they promised to send me one for my Nintendo DS Lite when it is back in stock. My son packed the IDAPT when we headed out of town for Labor Day, it travels great and makes packing easier because there aren’t a lot of wires to get tangled in the suitcase!

The IDAPT sells for $59.99 and that includes the standard set of six tips OR a custom set of 4 tips depending on what you need. We have been using the charger for about 6 weeks now with no problems whatsoever and I suggest you check it out if you are in need of a universal charger.

Disclosure: I received  the IDAPT I4 Universal Charger and tips for the purpose of this review. All opinions are 100% mine.

Wow! This thing looks cool! I think it would be perfect for my dorm room since there are so many wires and electronic devices.
