					<description><![CDATA[I live in NE FL (at the beach) and we didn&#039;t get hit nearly as hard as they were expecting, since Irma turned westward. The strange thing is that we didn&#039;t flood like did with Matthew at a cat 3, but lost power for 14hrs and internet for 2days with cat 1. And where we used to live (inland) the creek flooded/crested it has since 1918!!!! and downtown flooded like it hasn&#039;t since (with the storm surges) a century and this was a cat 1. it&#039;s so weird how different categories bring different things with it. some areas are still without power/internet and the creek and downtown are still flooded. 

that is so amazing that you were able to help your oxygen dependent neighbor. i do hope your area are able to get their power back soon. praying the rebuilding process goes as smoothly as possible through the whole state.]]></description>
