I have found that lunch time and snack time around her got more difficult as the kids grew up. Now that they are young adults they don’t want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich…ok who am I kidding my kids never liked PB&J. Anyway, my cupboard is no longer filled with cans of spaghettios and other heat and eat lunch items. Often times we are on the go making sure someone gets to work or class and lunch takes place in the car so that means nothing too messy pr complicated and we can’t afford to live on fast food so what are we to do?
