I LOVE a good Dutch Apple Pie. Sometimes I don’t have time to make on from scratch so for years I have made Mrs Smith’s frozen Dutch Apple Pies and they are delicious. Now I have a new favorite, Mrs Smith’s new Deep Dish Dutch Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce. (I’m drooling as I write this).
The Deep Dish Dutch Apple pies is just one of four new Deep Dish Pies from Mrs Smith’s there is also a Deep Dish Cherry Pie with Butter Fudge Sauce, Deep Dish Peach Pie with Cream Cheese Icing and Deep Dish Pumpkin Pie with Cream Cheese Icing. These “Signature” pies take pie deliciousness over the top. With the addition of the sauces and icings you can customize your pie to suit your tastes. I brought the apple pie to my small group and half the group didn’t want the caramel sauce so I just drizzled it on half the pie. I made the cherry pie for our staff Christmas party and I used the butter fudge sauce to spell the word “joy”.
