I received one or more of the products or services mentioned for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I know it is May, but I have finally worked on my garden. Here in Florida we had about 3 days of spring weather in March and then it got hot. In April we had 28 days of summer weather! Finally, at the end of April/beginning of May, spring has come back for a quick visit before we head back into the 90s next week. First I yanked out the Pentas, which were the only plants from last year to survive. Then I tilled the soil and added some more, fresh garden soil to the mix. Next I planted the Mixed Freesia Bulbs around the back and side edges of my garden box, and prayed they would sprout in the next few weeks. Across the middle of the garden box I placed the Seeds of Hope seed balls. Hopefully in 4-6 weeks something will start happening 🙂

Vertical Gardens from LTD Commodities

To work on the next project I had to use supplies I purchased at a local garden shop. I wasn’t aware of this when I ordered the Petunia Vertical Gardens, the Italian Herb Vertical Gardens, or the Strawberry Vertical Gardens but they all must be started in those little starter boxes before being moved into the vertical gardens. This was more work than I had planned to do, but since they were here I dove into this project as well.

Lastly we hung the Butterfly Iron Rain Chain from the northeast corner of our roof and the Yellow Balloon Solar Planter from the garage eave. I placed a small flowering plant from the garden store in the balloon planter. Now we water and wait. I hope that my late planting will give my garden lots of color from July-November, when the temperatures start to cool off again.

Garden Decorations from LTD Commodities

I received all of the items in the links and images above from LTD Commodities. They have a nice selection of items for your garden whether you are looking for seeds or decorative items, they probably offer it.

The $25 Gift Code Giveaway
