It isn’t easy for us plus size girls to shop for trendy, reasonable priced clothes, especially online. Much of what is available either isn’t trendy or it isn’t reasonably priced (to me just about any piece of clothing over $50 isn’t reasonable priced). This is where Fashion to Figure comes in. Fashion to Figure is the place to go for affordable, trendy plus size fashions (sizes 12-26) on the web.  Another thing that makes shopping at Fashion to Figure affordable is their US shipping policy, orders under $70.00 pay a flat rate $5.95 for ground shipping and orders over $70.00 ship for FREE!

I chose to try the s/s ity floral sublimation top which sells for $24.00. I love the top, it fits great…make sure you check the size chart on the website before ordering because their chart sized me differently than usual, and it is comfortable. My one problem with the top is the wide band around the bottom. Why do designers keep putting bands, elastic or ruffles around the least attractive parts of our bodies?? Obviously I didn’t pay close enough attention to the item description to see where it said “wide band hem” because if I had read that, I wouldn’t have ordered this top.

Since I needed to be creative so that I could comfortably wear this top I folded the wide band under which made the top look more blouse-y at the bottom. I wore the top to church and I got several compliments on it. When I showed a few close friends that I had folded the bottom band under they said they couldn’t tell so that felt good. 🙂

I’ve spent more time on the Fashion to Figure website this week because I’m going on a cruise in October and I am on a hunt for a few adorable maxi dresses. What is your current fashion dilemma? Leave me a comment and let’s chat.

You can also follow Fashion to Figure on Twitter and Facebook.

Disclosure: I received the above mentioned top for the purpose of this review.

I love your cute and trendy top. My biggest problem is that I have broad shoulders…I usually have to up a size and it doesn’t look that great especially if I want to wear a button up shirt.

Nice site. One thing that I will say is that the internet has opened up a new world for shoppers. There are many great sites for big and small and they are just a click away.
