Christmas is over and now we look ahead to lots of college football, New Year’s Eve and then in a month, the Super Bowl. Now we change our food focus from sweet treats to delicious dips and appetizers. Today’s recipe for Easy Peasy Pizza Roll-ups fits all of the events above and also makes a great lunch or afternoon snack!
This recipe is so easy and it only requires 4 ingredients!
Easy Peasy Pizza Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 32 slices of pepperoni
- 4 pieces of mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
- pizza/spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place 5-3-4 slices of pepperoni on each crescent roll.
- Top pepperoni with string cheese half and roll up.
- Place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve with a side of warm pizza/spaghetti sauce.
Jordan and I enjoyed these for lunch one day. These snacks are so versatile and they are great for the kids to make all by themselves.
