I have really let my exercise routine slide. Now that it is finally cooling off a bit here in Florida I can start getting back outside and start walking again. I am signed up for 2 5ks at the beginning of 2014 so I really need to get myself in gear.

Other than the heat my exercising is often cut short by knee and foot pain. I have a chronic knee injury and plantar faceitis so I need to wear sneakers with good insoles. I had the opportunity to try the new Dr Scholl’s Active Series insoles and I really like them.

The insoles were the exact size of the ones that came in my shoes so I didn’t even need to trim them. They were easy to get in place and I notice how comfortable they were the minute I put them on. Since they replace the original insoles your feet don’t get cramped up in your shoes either. If you are looking for an affordable way to make your exercise time less painful, check out the Dr Scholl’s Active Series Insoles at a store near you.
