Soon after I started blogging I was hired by a site, who shall remain nameless, to write parenting articles for a ridiculously low fee. I wrote and wrote well, had lots of loyal readers and after about 6 months, the site shut down. When it re-opened it had the gall to ask the writers to write for free, no links to our primary blogs or anything. Of course, I said “No thanks.” One of the most well received series of articles I wrote for that site was on kids and chores. Four years ago people were constantly asking me to turn it into an ebook and I tried, and failed.
The other night on Facebook, Angela England posted that instead of NaNoWriMo, which happens every November and gets lots of people working on the next great American novel, she was going to host “Write an Ebook in 30 Days” with daily prompts and encouragement to help us complete our project. I jumped in with both feet! I purchased Angela’s ebook-
“30 Days to Make and Sell a Fabulous Ebook” which this challenge is based on.
I am doing this for 3 basic reasons 1) To learn how to write an ebook from someone I admire and trust 2) To share my knowledge with others 3) To make some additional money for my family by selling my book. I am sharing this opportunity with you because this may be just what you have been looking for.
To get started, click the link above and get the book then subscribe to AngEngland.com for weekly updates and follow her on Twitter and Facebook for daily encouragement. Now leave me a comment so I know you are joining me on the adventure.
