Breathslim is a product that claims to help you lose weight by doing breathing exercises for 20 minutes every evening. Since I have a lot of weight to lose I was happy to give it a try. the Breathslim comes with a DVD that teach you how to do the exercises and if you register on Breathslim.com, they have a workout tracker and even a timer to help you make sure you are doing the exercises properly.

Before I share my results I want to show you a video that explains the science behind the Breathslim.

I used the Breathslim for two weeks and I lost 2 pounds. What I noticed more than the weight loss though was how much better I slept when I used the Breathslim. I fell asleep faster, slept more soundly and woke up in the morning with much more energy. That in itself is worth it to me and if i can continue to lose weight, that’s even better. So, what do you think? Does the Breathslim make sense as a weight loss tool or a sleep aid? Is the science behind it sound? Since I have only lost 2 pounds so far I’m not saying that this is the product I’ve been looking for all my adult life. I will however, continue using it because deep breathing for 20 minutes each evening can’t hurt me right?

The Breathslim kit is available on their website for $49.95 with free shipping and handling. The website is full of information and testimonials from satisfied customers so if you are interested in the product I urge you to check it out further.

Disclosure: I received a Breathslim kit for the purpose of this review. All opinions are 100% mine.

The Breathslim, sounds like a the answer to help us breath during a work out. It is one of the problems I have when working out. Awesome on your 2lb lose!!

I am about to get one of these, and I am super excited. At first I was only interested in the weight loss aspect of the product, but now after reading some reviews, and I am really excited about the sleeping better aspect. I have such a hard time falling asleep, and I often wake up in the middle of the night. I’m really hopeful 😀
