April was a pretty good month for The Mom Maven. I had several giveaways, and those always bring traffic. I had 107 sites send me traffic in April, a stat I forgot to note last month. This month I worked Twitter diligently and it paid off and my Pinterest time slacked off and that shows in my traffic as well.
Blogs and Small Businesses
- Online-Sweepstakes.com 134 I had several giveaways in April and I list them all here. This is way up from last month’s 35!
- TightwadInUtah.com 125 I just discovered her linky for low entry giveaways last month. Obviously this is a great place to link up!
- SouthernMomCooks.com 35 This is way down from last month’s 108 but I didn’t add any new recipes to her linky so this is traffic from older posts.
- ContestGirl.com 32 Again, way up from last month’s 8.
- ReedyCreekRadio.com 11 I listen to ReedyCreekRadio (all Disney music) regularly and I am a regular in their Disney chat room.
The Biggies
- Google 1929 up from 1694.
- Twitter 591 more than doubled from 265! My efforts on Twitter are working!
- Pinterest 506 way down from 825 but I hardly spent any time on Pinterest in April.
- Yahoo 251 way up from 159.
- Facebook 203 way up from 110.
I am pleased to see most of my numbers heading in the right direction. I know I need to continue what I am doing on Twitter and Facebook and I need to spend more time on Pinterest. These numbers also show that it pays t link up with others so I need to find more linkys to join. Do you have a favorite linky? Please let me know in the comments.
