Happy Win it Wednesday Giveaway Linky Day and Happy National Teddy Bear Day! Do you have a favorite teddy bear? I have two, Princess Cuddles and Mr Huggles. They are both Build-A-Bears. Soon a third Build-a-Bear, Sandra Dee, will be moving in. She was my mother’s. She own’s more clothes than Princess Cuddles does, which is saying something.
I need to pick up Sandra Dee at my sister’s house. We had moved her there when we thought mom was coming home from the hospital and moving in with my sister. Unfortunately, mom took a turn for the worse and was moved to the hospice floor of the hospital, where she passed away. I forgot to pick up the bear Saturday after the Memorial Service, so I’ll get her next time I’m down there.
Mr Huggles is excited that a new Build-A-Bear store just opened in our mall. From day 1 he has been wearing an outfit borrowed from one of my son’s Build-a-Bears. He has never owned any of his own clothes. Now with a store local to us, I’ve promised him a shopping trip coming up soon!
