Scotch Brand tape is helping to make your home office a little bit greener with Scotch Magic Eco-Friendly tape. We use a lot of tape around here both in the office and for homeschool projects and Scotch Brand is our favorite. The new Scotch Magic Eco-Friendly tape is a more environmentally-friendly version of the original, matte-finish, invisible tape, with the same great performance and is made from over 75% recycled or plant-based materials. It hit shelves in April and launched in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of Scotch Magic Tape.

  • Based on weight, this product contains over 55% recycled plastic and over 20% plant-based materials
  • Dispenser and core are made of 100% recycled plastic
  • Tape is made from 53% plant-based materials
  • Refill rolls of Scotch Magic Eco-Friendly Tape are also available
  • MSRP: $2-4 for a refillable dispenser and roll of tape; $5-7 for a two-pack of refill rolls

    I am looking to change my tape to a more Eco-Friendly tape. Never heard of it before. We re-use, recycle & re-purpose as much as we can, and nice to see that Scotch is doing the same. Nice to use to tape our recycled wrapping paper with this tape.. Nice!

    Since I’ve gone back to work after the birth of my son, I’ve been working 2 days a week from my house. I try to make my home as green as reasonably possible and would love the green tape to add to my now more used home office.
