When Jordan and I were preparing our holiday baking I asked him what kind of cookie he wanted to make. Without even taking time to think he said, “Snickerdoodles”. Honestly, I didn’t even know they were a favorite of his. I have never made them before. It seems they were a staple in several of his host homes when he was traveling the USA as a missionary, who knew? So we hunted through several recipes and mashed them together to make these cookies.
