Don’t those sound so yummy?
- 1/2 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 TBS butter
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 8 Canadian Bacon slices cut into thin strips
- 4-1 oz Swiss Cheese slices halved
- Preheat broiler with oven rack 5 1/2 inches from heat.
- Combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a large zippy bag.
- Add chicken to the bag, seal bag and shake to coat.
- Melt butter with oil in oven-proof skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 3 1/2-4 minutes per side until done.
- Arrange Canadian Bacon strips over chicken in skillet and top each with 1 cheese slice half.
- Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
You can use chicken breasts cut into strips if you don't have tenders on hand.
