In 18 days local kids go back to school! It is hard to believe that this semester the only kids I have going back to school are Aaron and Summer and they are both taking their college classes online. I really miss my homeschooling days and especially back to school shopping! School supplies are my favorite thing to shop for. I’ll be heading out this weekend to score some deals on pens, paper and notebooks for my business. I miss the new beginnings that a new school year brings. New schedules, books, classes, after school and church activities are all symbols of the back to school season. Nearly 1/3 of Americans like the return to routine that the school season brings and 20% say back to school shopping is their favorite activity of this season. With kids taking more and more expensive technology to school with them, safety is more of a priority than ever before. When I was in school, my locker was filled with books, notebooks and notes from friends. Now they house expensive iPads and laptops. With that in mind we need to make sure we send our kids to school with the products that can keep their stuff safe. The Master Lock 1500eDBX dialSpeed lock is a cool electronic lock that allows for speed of use and multiple personal codes. I love the that you can open this lock with only one hand.  The lock includes a replaceable battery with 5 years of life. This lock is great for indoor lockers, don’t let it get wet!

Master Lock dialSpeed-Back to School-TheMomMaven.com If you have a child going away to college the Master Lock Safe Space is a must-have. This mini safe features lock up and lock down abilities so once you lock your valuables into the safe, you can lock the safe to your desk, bed or any other fixed object. The Safe Space holds your phone, MP3 player, ID, keys, jewelry, debit card whatever small valuables you might have with you on campus or while traveling. My Safe Space arrived while Jordan was home from the mission field and he wanted to take it with him. I told him I would ship it to him when I finished writing my post!
