I want to start today’s post by saying “Thank-you” to all of my sistas who wrote such kind comments on last week’s post. I truly needed words of encouragement from moms like me…and that is what I got. In case you can’t tell, I have the perfectionist issues and when some of the balls I’m juggling come crashing down, so do I.

Lots of balls have been dropping lately and I am learning to deal with that. Just writing last week’s post and getting your loving comments helped me get a lot of stress off my chest, breathe deep, feel loved and re-focus. So again, thank-you.

This week I got in 100+ oz of water a day, I made mostly healthy food choices, I exercised 2x and I got at least 7 hours of sleep every night (I often live on 5-6 so this was huge!). This week I will continue to do the same plus comment on 5 of my sista’s Mamavation Monday posts and…if my audio is working on my computer I will be at the Mamavation TV show tonight.

Now I need to run to the store and get some Chiquita Bananas for my breakfast smoothie so I can have breakfast tomorrow!

Hugs babe! You can do it! The great thing about dropping the ball is that you can just pick it right back up and go at it again!

    Good job on the water!

    Here’s to a great week!!

Way to go on the water and getting back on track. I only get about 5 hours of sleep per night too, and also need to get better. I hope you have a great week! *hugs*

awesome job on the water!! Kim will be so proud 😉

Sleep is of utmost importance – it’s when our body heals! However, I too am guilty of getting only 5 hours a night!

    HAve a great week!!!

I know how you feel. I’m an overachieving, perfectionist, Type A crazy lady and it was so hard to learn to just let the balls drop, pick them up and start over. You got tons of Sistas here rooting for you and ready to listen and cheer you up when you have a bad day!

I hope you have a great week!

I didn’t make it around to everyone’s posts last week, I’m sorry that I missed yours. I am glad, however, that the Sistas were able to give you the encouragement that you needed. They’re good like that, aren’t they? I just love the Sistahood!!

    Here’s to a great week!

I love that one line in Anne of Green Gables,
Tomorrow is new with no mistakes in it.
Besides if we never dropped some of the balls we were juggeling, I think we would be robots and not humans.

Sleep is so important. When we don’t get enough our brains make us crave sugar and that is a disaster waiting to happen when you are trying to lose weight. Keep getting more of it. XXOO
