On March 14, 2014 Mushu celebrates her 2nd birthday. Unfortunately for her, we forgot about it til two days later! On Sunday we celebrated by giving Mushu her new favorite treat, Old Mother Hubbard Gourmet Goodies Soft Bakes with Peanut Butter and Carob.
Old Mother Hubbard Soft Bakes Dog Treats
With Mushu being a small dog with little teeth, she often struggles with larger, hard treats. We usually have to break them into smaller pieces for her to handle them. The Soft Bakes allow her to manage them better because she can sink her teeth into them and rip them apart without too much effort. She also really seems to like the peanut butter and carob flavor!
Mushu with Soft Bakes
As you can see from the photo above, it is difficult to get a good picture of her with the Soft Bakes because she gobbles them up so fast!

Old Mother Hubbard Gourmet Goodies Soft Bakes with Peanut Butter and Carob are available at Chewy.com for $5.99 for a 6oz bag. Mushu only gets treats occasionally so this bag will last us quite a while.

Mushu after spring grooming

Mushu also went to the groomer for her spring haircut the week after her birthday. When she gets shaved her chihuahua side out shines the shi tzu and poodle! Happy birthday Mushu!
