One of the many awesome groups I am affiliated with is the Christian Women Affiliate Review Crew. I don’t do a lot with them because most of what they review are books and book reviews take a lot of time, that I don’t have. Last week I was asked to work with Biblical Reproductions on a custom crew and I responded with a very excited, “Yes!”
As a Christian, my biblical heritage and Bible history are important to me and my family. When we were homeschooling, our days centered around our study of the Bible and Bible history. We often visited websites that offered information and photos of antiquities from Bible times. Biblical Reproductions takes that further. They are the only company authorized and licensed to sell replicas and photographic reproductions for the Israel Antiquities Authority (in the Western Hemisphere.
How awesome would it be to own a reproduction of the Paleo-Leviticus Scroll? This scroll includes, the last several chapters of the Book of Leviticus, specifically Leviticus 22-27. The original scroll dates back to a time period between late second century and early first century B.C.E.
While the scroll is a bit pricey, they also offer pottery reproductions, which would make a very nice addition to a homeschool or church collection. Herodian oil lamps have been discovered in Jerusalem, Masada and other Judean sites by archaeologists.
I have the opportunity to review a product from Biblical Reproductions and I cannot wait to see what they have chosen to send me. Make sure you are subscribed to my feed so that you don’t miss out on my posts about Biblical Reproductions.
