Hi! Cindy’s computer here, yeah, the one she writes all these great parenting articles and giveaways on. I’m sorry I’m not always there for her like I used to be. It has been a tough year, I’ve crashed twice and had to go away to the computer hospital to get cleaned up. I’m getting old and, well, things don’t always work the way they did back when she got me.

Ahh the good old days of 2005. My main job then was for Cindy’s pastoral internship studies. She would take notes on me and hook up to the Internet to take her tests online. She wasn’t using much of my storage then. Most of her other stuff was still on the desktop computer in the den. Then, as time passed, more and more things got transferred to me. Photos, music, videos ugh! My memory has just been eaten up by the media. I’m not going to even mention the games…oops. Anyway then a year ago she started blogging and Twittering and Facebooking. The social media usage alone has me running from 8am-1am most days and i’m getting tired!

I’m thinking about retiring. I can’t leave until I know I have found a suitable replacement. One that can meet her needs well into the future. Maybe she’d like the beautiful and functional Moonlight White HP Pavilion dv6z with its Built-in Wi-Fi, low-light webcam, and a dual-array digital microphone she could surf and Skype to her hearts content. Or maybe she’d like the HP TouchSmart tx2z with its cool tablet where a simple finger stroke on the 12.1″ diagonal screen delivers quick and easy access to information, entertainment, and social networks. Maybe she’d like the HP HDX 16t. Then we could get $500 off instantly when you purchase an HP HDX 16t with $300 coupon code NBN3248 + $200 Instant Rebate. Which is valid through 8/23 or while supplies last. Restrictions and exclusions apply. Whatever she decides on, I have had a great time working with her and I know the new guy will too.
