Disclosure: I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Duracell. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

We all use batteries everyday, whether it is to power a video game, flashlight, smoke detector or clock, batteries are an important part of our lives. We rely on batteries to do their job and power whatever it is we need to power. Duracell has created the world’s most advanced alkaline battery with unbeatable long-lasting power. With its revolutionary Hi-‐Density CoreTM and proprietary PowerCheckTM power indicator on the cell, Quantum has been engineered to deliver the performance consumers demand.

Duracell Quantum

  • The Duracell Quantum Hi-Density core stores more power than ever before.
  • Duracell Quantum is the only battery with a power indicator on the cell.
  • Power Check allows users to see the amount of battery power remaining so that nothing is wasted.
  • Duracell DURALOCK Power reserve technology locks in power for up to 10 years in storage.
  • Duracell Quantum can be efficiently used across both low-drain and high-drain devices.

Due to all of these great advances in technology, Duracell Quantum batteries are perfect for powering the devices in your hurricane/storm kit as well as in items you use daily. With the holidays right around the corner we will be needing batteries to power all of the new games, toys and devices that our family members receive as gifts. I’ve used my Duracell Quantum to power my smoke detectors and I’ve set some aside for Jordan to use in his Xbox remotes when he gets home later this week.

Quantum Heroes

This year, Duracell has donated one million batteries to first responders across the country to help them power their life-saving equipment. Please share this with your readers, as well as any personal connections you have to first responders! Duracell has also created Quantum Heroes, a documentary style video series that shines a spotlight on the incredible work of first responders and their stories of sacrifice and heroism. Here is one of the Quantum Heroes videos:

Awesome video huh? You can watch more Quantum Heroes on the Duracell YouTube page. I want to say a quick thank-you to Duracell for supporting out first responders, as the daughter of a retired fire fighter, that means a lot to me.

Happy to read about their donations. We use batteries for so many things and have them on hand for power outages, especially during hurricane season.
