Last week I was invited to be in the audience for a taping of the television show Live with Kelly and Michael at the Magic Kingdom. Since I live 100 miles away from Walt Disney World, I was up and out of the house by 5:00am so I could meet with the other bloggers at 7:30am at Le Chapeau on Main Street USA. I was excited to see that there were just 5 of us who would be attending as guests of Disney Social Media. We were escorted to our seats and waited anxiously for the show to start.

Live with Kelly and Michael

The opening number was “See the Circus” performed by the cast of Storybook Circus, this was a great way to open the show. Next was, of course, host chat and then they brought out their guest, Howie Mandel! They chatted with Howie for a bit and then they showed a hidden camera piece Howie had recorded at the Times Board on Main Street, USA. This piece was hysterical, watch the video below.

After Howie’s piece, Country Music star Gary Allen performed and then there was a round of their Disney Family Fun Competition.

After the show was over we waited for a bit and then we were escorted up on the stage so that we could meet Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan! Kelly was very sweet and Michael is just a big teddy bear!

Kelly Michael and me

It was very exciting to be a part of a live television show taping and I am thankful to Disney Social media for giving me this opportunity.

Disclosure: I was a guest of Walt Disney World for this taping. All opinions are 100% mine
