I watch just about every new movie on the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. I always find it an honor when I get to preview an upcoming movie and share it with you. This Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 9pm ET/6pm PT you can watch FINDING LOVE IN MOUNTAIN VIEW on the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel. Go set your DVR right now, I’ll wait…

Finding Love in Mountain View

About Finding Love in Mountain View

Growing up cousins Margaret and Susan were the best of friends, but they haven’t spoken in years. When Susan and her husband are killed in a car accident Margaret founds out that she was named the guardian of their two children, Joel and Sammie. Margaret, an architect is torn between focusing on her career and honoring her cousin’s wish. Check out the trailer below.

MomMaven’s Thoughts

My husband and I watched FINDING LOVE IN MOUNTAIN VIEW the other night (we always watch Hallmark movies together, I’m that blessed). Overall we enjoyed the movie. Yes, it’s a Hallmark movie so it has beautiful scenery, a rather predictable script, and a happy ending. That’s why we watch Hallmark movies, right?

The main cast of Danielle C. Ryan as Margaret, Myko Olivier as Andrew, Skyler Elyse Philpot as Sammie, and Luke Loveless as Joel all do a great job of making their characters believable. They draw you in, especially the children.

Unfortunately, the opening scene really concerned us. The acting was so bad we were afraid we were in for a long night. The actress playing Margaret’s assistant was not good at all. Thankfully she was only in a few scenes. I promise if you stick it out a few minutes, the rest of the movie is well done.

To celebrate the premiere of FINDING LOVE IN MOUNTAIN VIEW, premiering Sunday Sept 19th at 6pm PT/9pm ET, we are giving away a copy of the book the film was based on signed by the lead actors!
