A few weeks ago, while I was working in Phone Central for the Joy FM Friendraiser, one of the restaurants that supplies our meals brought in a fruit tray with Marshmallow Fruit Dip. My friend Alexa, who is a college senior, was going crazy over the dip. I told her how super simple it was to make and she said, “Don’t tell me now, put it on your blog. I subscribe and get your emails every day so put it there so I can save it.” So, Alexa, this one is for you 🙂
I have a long time love for Marshmallow Fluff. Growing up in New England the Fluffernutter was a lunchbox staple. I was excited when I went to Memorial Junior High and started buying my lunch because most days they sold Fluffernutter sandwiches for less than the hot meals cost and I would pocket the difference!
If you’ve been around here a while you may remember my Fluffernutter Brownie Crunch Bars, I really need to make these again soon! Remember for all recipes that call for Marshmallow Fluff, DO NOT substitute marshmallow creme it is not the same thing.
This super simple marshmallow fruit dip comes together very quickly and tastes great with various fruits and also graham crackers.
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 7.5 oz Marshmallow Fluff
Microwave the Marshmallow Fluff on high for 15 seconds to make pourable.
Pour the Marshmallow Fluff into a mixing bowl.
Add the softened cream cheese to the mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer, mix on high until well combined and fluffy.
Place mixture in refrigerator and chill for 4-24 hours before serving with assorted cut up fruits and graham crackers.
This Marshmallow Fruit Dip recipe is so simple I normally wouldn’t have even put it on the blog but since Alexa asked…here it is. I hope you enjoy this recipe and all of the easy recipes I share here on The Mom Maven. I hope you share them on your social networks.
