I’ve already shared my Overnight Breakfast Casserole with you and today I’m sharing my favorite breakfast casserole so far! I have made this one a few times and I plan to make it Christmas morning for my family to enjoy before we head to my parent’s house for our annual Christmas celebration. What makes this recipe stand out is the crust. The crust is made with crescent roll dough and that makes it just a little sweeter than other recipes I have tried. My mouth is watering just typing this up!

Holiday Breakfast Casserole an easy dish to start you day off right.

Yum! I want some of this Holiday Breakfast Casserole right now.

We run from relative’s house to relative’s house over the holidays. But we reserve Christmas morning just for our family. I love making something yummy for breakfast after present opening. This sounds perfect!

Casseroles are my favorite, especially during the cooler seasons. I have never tried a breakfast casserole, though. 🙂

My mom used to make a breakfast casserole for the holidays. I think My Dad and sister were the only one who liked it, but it was tradition. This one looks SO much yummier!

Have you tried making up this recipe the day before? I would like to try it but want to make it the day before so all I have to do is pop it in the oven on Christmas morning.

I haven’t made this one up the day before. I am going to cook up the sausage the day before this time so that all I need to do is dump in the ingredients and pop it in the oven.
