Christmas is over and now we look ahead to lots of college football, New Year’s Eve and then in a month, the Super Bowl. Now we change our food focus from sweet treats to delicious dips and appetizers. Today’s recipe for Easy Peasy Pizza Roll-ups fits all of the events above and also makes a great lunch or afternoon snack!

This recipe is so easy and it only requires 4 ingredients!Easy Peasy Pizza Roll-ups-a quick and easy snack or appetizer

Easy Peasy Pizza Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 32 slices of pepperoni
  • 4 pieces of mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
  • pizza/spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Place 5-3-4 slices of pepperoni on each crescent roll.
  4. Top pepperoni with string cheese half and roll up.  Easy Peasy Pizza Roll-ups-a quick and easy snack or appetizer
  5. Place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Easy Peasy Pizza Roll-ups-a quick and easy snack or appetizer
  6. Serve with a side of warm pizza/spaghetti sauce.

Jordan and I enjoyed these for lunch one day. These snacks are so versatile and they are great for the kids to make all by themselves.
