One of the questions I’m asked a lot about the Cinch Inch Loss program is how do I do it and work outside of the home a few days a week. My answer is…it’s easy! On Wednesday’s when I am usually at work from 9am-9pm. I pack my breakfast, lunch, snack and water and take it all to work. I eat my breakfast when I get to work. My stomach doesn’t like it when I eat much before 9am and now that I am at the chiropractor before work I just pack everything in my cooler and make my breakfast as soon as I arrive.

Everything I need to do Cinch at work

I measure 8oz of vanilla almond milk into the two Tervis Tumblers and put the lids on them,I put 6 ice cube in a zip top bag and 4 frozen strawberries in another zip top bag then I pack all of that plus 2 bananas, a jar of peanut putter, a spoon, 2 packets of vanilla shake mix, 1 packet of chocolate shake mix, a scoop, a snack bar and my Tervis Water Bottle into my cooler and head to work.

Cinch breakfast at work

I make my Banana Split Shake for breakfast using my Hamilton Beach Travel Blender then I clean the blender and make my Peanut Butter Banana Shake for lunch, I eat lunch between 1-2pm. My goal is to get 72oz or more water into me every day. My husband brings dinner to church at 5pm and we eat as a family before the evening activities. I eat my snack bar when the kids get their snacks during our Girls Clubs meeting. I find it easier to do Cinch at work than I did trying to decide what to bring to work for lunch each day.

This week I lost 1 pound to bring me to 220lbs. I also lost 1/2″ in my chest and 2 inches in my hips for a total of 7.75″ lost in 6 weeks. I have never been this happy on a weight loss program and I can’t wait to keep moving forward!

My opinions are my own. Results and experiences are unique for each person, so results may vary. People following the weight loss portion of Shaklee 180 can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week.

Yes, I hate having to decide what to pack for lunch. I think the convenience with choices make it seem like a good program. Also, I love the image above. Congrats on the continued loss!

Love the way you have this organized. It actually seems easier since you have your meals planned out ahead of time.
