Week three of my Cinch Inch Loss journey is over and I feel like I am totally hitting my stride. I am working out at least 5 days a week and I am doing very well on my eating plan. My week 2 Cinchspiration vlog I promised a recipe so today I’m sharing what I have for breakfast at least 4 days a week, my Banana Split Shake.

: Banana Split Cinch Shake

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Cinch Shake Mix
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Cinch Shake Mix
  • 4 Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 8oz Vanilla Almond Milk

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach a frothy smoothie consistency.

    Great job!! Thanks for the recipe. For those who can’t have so much fruit and carbs (me) I wonder how 1/2 banana, 2-3 strawberries and soy milk would taste…
