This morning I wanted a smoothie but I didn’t have the ingredients for my fave smoothie. I am not one to experiment in the kitchen but I thought “Why not?” When I was done, I had created a yummy, healthy smoothie with ingredients I had on hand.
3/4 c low fat milk
3 TBS Milk Chocolate Ovaltine
1 container Fat free vanilla yogurt
1 c strawberries
Blend it up until smooth and enjoy!
