Preheat oven to 375°.

Coat a 9" pan (square, round or pie plate) with non-stick spray.

Brown ground beef over medium heat until no pink shows.

Drain fat from beef.

Mix soup mix into warm ground beef and set aside.

Measure flour into a medium bowl.

Slowly pour milk into flour, whisk well to mix.

Whisk in mustard, salt, pepper and eggs.

Add 4 oz of cheese into the meat mixture and stir to combine.

Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared pan.

Cover the meat with the remaining cheese.

Carefully pour the milk mixture over the cheese layer.

Bake at 375° for 35 minutes, until crust is golden brown and bubbly.

Remove pie from oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
