Bake the French Fries in the oven according to the package instructions.

As the fries bake, brown the ground beef in a skillet with the minced onion and garlic powder.

Drain the grease from the meat.

Add the broth, corn and the tomato paste to the meat. Bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce is slightly thickened.

When the fries are done, remove them from the oven and make sure the oven temperature is at 400°.

Place the fries in a 9x13" baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

Top the fries with the meat mixture.

Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes.
