Southwest Dip
This dip is great for picnics or parties. We eat it with crackers or tortilla chips, whichever suits you best.

thawed

can of Rotel
drained

shredded Mexican or Nacho blend cheese

mayonnaise

sour cream

garlic powder

Mix all of the ingredients together cover and chill until serving.

Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Make a day ahead of serving to really allow the flavors to meld together.
