Baked Cayenne Fries
These Baked Cayanne Fries are easy to make when you use the Surpahs 5 in 1 V-Blade Mandoline Slicer to do the hard work.

Preheat oven to 400°.

Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray and set aside.

Carefully slice the potatoes using the wavy blade on your mandoline. (you may use a knife if you don't have a mandoline)

In a small bowl mix together the oil, salt, cayenne, and pepper.

Toss in the potato slices to coat well.

In a single layer, place the potato slices on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until crispy.
