After using this mandoline slicer to make my baked cayenne fries, I threw my other 2 away!

Baked Cayenne Fries

These Baked Cayanne Fries are easy to make when you use the Surpahs 5 in 1 V-Blade Mandoline Slicer to do the hard work.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 russett potatoes
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
  3. Carefully slice the potatoes using the wavy blade on your mandoline. (you may use a knife if you don't have a mandoline)
  4. In a small bowl mix together the oil, salt, cayenne, and pepper.
  5. Toss in the potato slices to coat well.
  6. In a single layer, place the potato slices on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until crispy.
