Ingredients
2 1/2tspfreshly ground black pepper
1TBSdried thyme
1 1/2tspsalt
4 1/2tspgarlic powder
1 1/2tsplemon pepper
1 1/2tspground red pepper
1 1/2tspdried parsley flakes
6 1 1/2" thick rib-eye steaks
3TBSolive oil
Instructions
Combine the first 7 ingredients.
Brush steaks with oil; rub with pepper mixture.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high (350°-400° F) heat.
Grill, covered with grill id, 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
